What does College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London offer?
We are a vocational further education college, dedicated to giving the best possible education and training to all of our students.
We also offer Additional Learning Support (ALS). If you have a physical disability or learning difficulty we have a team of staff who are able to support your needs within any of our college courses. We would assess your needs and work with your tutors to provide you with the most suitable support.

What is the School of Supported Learning?
You may have attended specialist education while at school, or have been taught in small groups because of a specific learning difficulty. We have courses within the School of Supported Learning that may be suited to the way you like to learn.
Look for our School’s heading in the College Prospectus. Our courses start at pre-Entry level and help learners achieve up to Entry level 2 and 3. Specialist tutors will help you in small groups and to work on the skills that you as an individual need to improve.

Information leaflets are printed in various languages and we can arrange for interpreters to help understanding. For BSL users there are a team of signers who can attend initial meetings and provide signing support once you are on a course, in class and around College.
How do I access the service?
You will need to complete an application form and attend an interview.
The Personal Tutor for each course group decides if you are suitable for a particular course, basing their decision on your previous or predicted achievement and sometimes an initial assessment of your academic skills.
For courses within the School of Supported Learning, we will take advice from previous education providers or health and behaviour specialists where necessary.
Our dedicated Advice and Guidance Centres are open for you to visit every weekday.
They are open from 8.45am to 7.00pm, Monday and Wednesday; and from 8.45am to 4.30pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 8.45am - 4.30pm
